          This is to inform that the President, Secretary General and Organising Secretary of All India Central Excise Inspectors Association are arriving at Mumbai on tour of four days programme from 17.04.2015 to 20.04.2015 for attending General Body meeting to be held on 17.04.2015 at NACEN, Bhandup, Mumbai.

          Further, it is also to inform that the above mentioned officer bearers alongwith Mumbai Circle office bearers are wishing to meet on 20.04.2015.

         In this regard, it is kindly requested to give us a suitable time on 20.04.2015 for the meeting.

NOTICE FOR GENERAL BODY MEETING

Dear Comrades,

               The General Body Meeting of the Association will be held on 17^th April, 2015 (Friday) from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM at NACEN, Bhandup (East), Mumbai.

              The agenda of the meeting are as under:-

1.      Fixation of schedule of General Election.

2.      Control Room Duty.

3.      Office infrastructure.

4.      Non implementation of Biometric Attendance for field officers. 

5.      Any other issue with permission of the chair.

              All officers are requested to attend the meeting at scheduled date and time. It gives me immense pleasure to inform that federation’s office bearers are also attending the meeting.

             Unite we stand divide we fall based on this it is my sincere request to all members to kindly attend the meeting in large number and make this event a grand success.

TRANSFER & POSTINGS:        Meetings with Mumbai Administration and Staff Association was held consequent to the reorganization of the Commissionerates/ Zones, new Transfer and Posting policy is formulated.    Salient features are:

a)        IZT will be issued by end of April and ICT will be issued by the end of May.

b)       The tenure in a Zone (Central Excise Zone-I / Zone-II / Service Tax) will be of 5 Years.

c)    The tenure in Audit Commissionerates (Central Excise, Service Tax, and LTU Audit) will be of 3 Years.

d)     The tenure in M&P, LTU Mumbai and Loan Postings will be of 2 Years.

e)    Centralized Roster for Transfer and Postings to M&P will be maintained by PCCO and staff will be apportioned from Central Excise and Service Tax except from LTU Mumbai and LTU Audit.

f)    Centralized Roster for LTU Mumbai and LTU Audit will be maintained by PCCO.

g)     The tenure in Central Excise Commissionerates and Service Tax Commissionerate will be of 2 Years.

h)     On promotion, officer will be posted out of the Commissionerate and a separate roster will be maintained for repatriation from Pune Zone to Mumbai.

i)          The station of Entire Mumbai is treated as a one station.
